SHIPPING & RETURNS

While most orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days, please allow up to 7 days for your order to be processed and shipped.

How long your order takes to arrive after processing depends on the shipping option chosen at checkout. Once your order is fulfilled you will be able to track it through the tracking number provided in the confirmation email. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, shipping delays, or any damage that occurs in transit. Please contact the shipping carrier if you experience these issues. All domestic packages and First Class International packages are insured with USPS.

All sales are final. Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have issues or are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us via email at contact@1uckysunday.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to find a solution, but please be advised that refunds and returns may not always be accepted unless there was a mistake on our end. If a return request is accepted the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs/fees.

Be sure to thoroughly review all product details, materials, sizing information, condition, and verify shipping details before placing an order as orders cannot be canceled or refunded for these reasons.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance include custom pieces, sale items, and gift cards.
