Be sure to check all product details, materials, sizing information, item condition, price, and verify shipping details before placing an order as orders cannot be canceled or refunded for these reasons. If you change your mind about an item, please contact us within 12 hours to cancel your order. We cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped out.

Yes we do! We are generally able to ship to most international locations, however, this is subject to change at any time. If we are unable to ship to your country, we will promptly cancel your order and issue a refund. We do not ship to occupied Palestine.

International orders may be subject to higher shipping fees, import duties, and taxes once the shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges and are your responsibility as the buyer. Please be advised that all prices on our website are in USD.

Every order comes with a jewelry care card. We recommend keeping your jewelry away from all liquids, oils, chemicals, makeup, and any material or substance that may cause damage. Store in the included jewelry pouch/box or in a dry, clean area when not in use. To avoid stretching, do not hang beaded jewelry. To avoid damage and tangling, hang metal jewelry or store separately.

Keep in mind that many of our vintage pieces, such as our brass and sterling silver items, may tarnish but can be easily cleaned and polished with a polishing cloth or solution.

We are not responsible for items that have been damaged or tarnished due to improper care.

We sell both fine and costume jewelry which may include components made of sterling silver, gold-filled or plated brass, or stainless steel. The specific materials used in each piece are listed in the product description. All of our jewelry is lead and nickel-free (unless otherwise stated).

Some of the materials we use, such as our charms, are vintage or pre-owned, so we may not know the exact contents of the metals used. Please be cautious and aware of this when ordering pieces that are labeled as vintage or use vintage/repurposed components as they may not be suitable for people with allergies or sensitive skin.

While we do carry a few styles that are sold in small quantities and can be restocked, almost all of our jewelry is one-of-a-kind and can never be exactly remade. If you really like a piece that is out of stock, let us know so we can restock similar styles in the future!
